Background

bmd were approached to create a campaign to drive winter travel and accommodation sales for Kangaroo Island. A review of past communication material identified a lack of brand continuity throughout the Sealink Travel Group.
 


Action

bmd created a brand identity that would build brand awareness beyond the sales message of a single campaign. Our strategy was to showcase the diversity of Kangaroo Island—an island with something for everyone! The brand identity has been applied beyond the winter campaign—from ferry interiors to website.


Result

The winter campaign achieved a 460% increase on the previous year's first month’s bookings. It has given Sealink a single brand message, and made each piece of ongoing communication more effective.
